CANCELLATION TERMS: Covid 19: should you not be able to start your vacation, because arrival is not possible due to the recommended precautionary measures for Covid 19, a reservation can be cancelled free of charge till 3 days before arrival.
Any advance payment made will be credited for later stays or transferred back.

Otherwise is valid our cancellations policy:
* are free untill 30 day prior arrival
* 29 - 14 days 50 %
* 13 - 0 days 80 %  
* also in case of late arrival or early departure.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our holiday cancellation insurance you are financially covered. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung

IGENE GENERALE

  • Surfaces in public areas are disinfected and cleaned several times a day; columns with hand disinfectants in different places
  • Reception: use the Pre-check-in to send us your login details online easy from home
  • Separate cleaning utensils are used for each room & suite, disinfectants are available in all areas
  • Disinfection of all rooms & suites before guests' arrival. Professional and special cleaning agents from Hollu, EN-certified disinfectants against viruses, are used for disinfection
  • The rooms, suites & common areas are disinfected with ozone at regular intervals and ventilated daily
  • Restaurants: the prescribed minimum distance is observed in the restaurants, bar, terrasse
  • Water in swimmingpool & Whirlpool is cleaned with UV disinfection (UVOX REDOX), chlorine and special sand filters
  • SPA & Sauna: regular use

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

  • weekley guided hikes with your hosts Helga, Hannes & Heidi (see weekly program)
  • weekly excursion tours from the alpine school Sexten (on reservation and additional cost)
  • E-Bike rental in hotel (max. 4 bikes); otherwise on the Bike Academy in Sexten or Papin Sport in Innichen 
  • Child care (see weekly programm), activities most outdoors

  • Public transport and cable cars operate at 50% capacity. Wearing a surgical mask while on board is mandatory for people aged 12 and over. An FFP2 mask is still recommended.
  • Fast internet line via fiber optic connection
  • Hospital including first aid station is located in Innichen in 10 km
  • The general practitioner Dr. Mair available. Distance 6 km
  • Sexten pharmacy (6 km), Innichen (13 km), Toblach (20 km)
